Rural Accent houses the only pantry of its kind in Southeatern Arizona. We are here for the serious needs, but we like to have fun here too. We provide emergency food without zip code restriction. We also sell a limited selection of affordable foods open to the public. America calls our area a "Food Desert". thats because access to fresh produce has been a problem in the past. Its exciting for us when we can announce new services. We now have better access to fresh produce and recently added Public Rideshare Transportation we call B.R.A.T. (Bowie Rural Accent Transportation). Right now our services can only be used with a 24hr advance reservation, only within 50 miles of Bowie and is fare based. Ride sharing is a fun activity as well and can reduce fares. We are looking for sponsorships to help reduce and in somecases eliminate the fare! Any gift helps we hope to raise $10,000 with your help for the program this year.  

Our Community Center is a local meeting place for coffee & converstaion, as well as a place of personal developement, and has free Wi-Fi. This year we hope to reinvent our space. Any donation helps with this project, we hope with your help to raise $5000 for the reinvention this year.

 The Chiricahua Mobil Clinic comes the 1st Thursday of the month from 8:30 -3pm. As well as Government Commodities from 8-9:30am for qualified residents.

We hope to start a revolution in the revitilization of this old Railroad town left in the dust of the super hwys. Because of the small town population here fund raising is our biggest challenge. We are most concerned over the deterioration of the landmark "TEE PEE" & are working on trying to save it.
