 Our Mission 

To address the needs of the most vulnerable and underserved populations in San Diego County by promoting self-sufficiency and economic independence through education and employment opportunities.

 Together We Impact At-Risk Youth 

We build resilience and hope through education, training, and employment services that result in quality jobs.  Career pathways impact youth and families for generations to come! 

To help youth identify their aspirations, and set a plan in motion to achieve their goals Access provides educational and employment services for out-of-school youth and workshops, hiring events, training programs and other resources such as mentors, community supportive services, and leadership training.  

The  Access team is unified and committed to advocating for social justice, protecting human rights, and striving toward abolishing structural racism and violence wherever it exists in our community.  We listen, advocate, and make investments to make a difference in the lives of San Diegans - the foundation of our mission for more than 50 years.  We are here - let us know how we can help.
