'FROM HERE TO A CAREER IN LESS THAN A YEAR!'

Through the Access Point Apprenticeship Program, we bring critical components together to effectively facilitate careers in technology:

1. Determined high school students with aptitude but limited means and other challenges
2. Community college courses foundational to tech careers (accessible through low cost or free dual enrollment programs for high school students)
3. Role models and mentors who often faced career obstacles themselves
4. Tech leaders with vision, a true commitment to equity, and essential jobs they are anxious to fill
5. Unprecedented HyperCare support beneficial to both students and the companies anxious to welcome them

All at no cost for those who participate!

AND THE BEST PART:

Those who successfully complete the training will be placed in a paid apprenticeship role at one of several top companies in St. Louis. After completing the apprenticeship, each are guaranteed a full-time position with a starting salary from $50,000 to $60,000 plus benefits!
