Act for Mental Health

There are an estimated 350,000 people in Silicon Valley that are not receiving the emotional support they need. It is ACT for Mental Health's mission to provide relief to everyone. For 60 years, we have worked to improve the quality of life for individuals, families and communities in Silicon Valley.  

 

ACT for Mental Health strives to create an inviting environment that bridges the gap between the clinical mental health environment and neighborhood communities. We engage those in need primarily through individual and group therapy sessions. Programs are customized to improve the engagement level across the valley's diverse demographics. These sessions serve to help those in need, as well as strengthening their greater support network. Improving the quality of life of persons living with a mental illness also improves the lives of their friends, families and other loved ones.
