Adams County Fair Foundation

The open-air beef and sheep barns located on the Adams County Fairgrounds were built in l955 and a few years later the small animal barn was constructed.  Over the years the materials used have deteriorated to the point that main wooden beams are rotting away. Funds will be used to build one new livestock barn that can house all species of animals for the Adams County Fair.  This new facility will help inspire youth to want to become a part of the 4-H program in Adams County.

This facility will make it possible to entice other state and regional animal shows to Hastings and the Adams County Fairgrounds as well as being used for other events throughout the year.
