Adaptive Physical Education is a unique exercise program designed for baby boomers and seniors with chronic illness, joint replacements, are disabled, or are post stroke or heart attack. We are a year-round program that includes one-on-one training as part of our 12 regular exercise classes and 11 specialty ones. We offer an accessible and affordable exercise and education program for those seniors who want to get healthier and are not comfortable in a normal gym setting. We have a large amount of adaptive equipment so anyone can get a workout. Our professional, well-trained staff and instructors are available any time to work with clients on an individual basis. Each participant is assessed and a fitness program is designed that accomodates any disability or chronic illness.

Isolation and depression are prevalent among seniors that have lost family and friends. Our program is a community of people that encourage and support each other as well as have fun and become friends.

Our classes include 12 regular exercise classes and 11 specialty ones, including 2 Seated Yoga classes, 2 Circuit Level II classes, Dancing for Exercise, Weight Loss, 3 Parkinson's classes, Modified Zumba, and Walking/Nutrition.
