MISSION:

We validate, affirm and center adoptees through compassionate virtual mentorship from those who share the adoptee experience.

VISION:

We envision a world where all 7 million adoptees feel agency over their adoption story and experience a genuine sense of belonging.

Adoptee Power: Adoptees of all ages are central to the strength and growth of our organization. We embody adoptee power by centering the individual, practicing ethical storytelling, and honoring the collective experiences of adoptees.

Intersectionality: Overlapping identities, including, but not limited to race, class, gender, and age, contribute to the unique experiences of the adoptee identity. This diversity is an integral and beautiful component of everything we do. 

Healing-Centered Community: There is a unique bond that happens when adoptees connect with other adoptees. Together, we elevate and nurture the overall wellbeing of our community.
