Advancing Latinas Into Leadership

Advancing Latinas into Leadership Mentoring Program (ALLMP) is a non-profit designed to help young high school Latinas prepare for their adulthood upon graduation through mentorship. 

ALL mentors are professional Latinas who work for the government, private sector, or non-profit who want to make a difference in a young Latina's life.

Our mission is to empower the next generation of Latinas and prepare them for their lives after high school by providing them the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Currently, Advancing Latinas into Leadership has programs in Washington D.C. and Sacramento, CA. Each year we are expanding and we hope to expand even more in the next upcoming years.
