If you believe the quality of parenting in communities is declining and that it's having a devastating impact on children, families, and society then supporting Advancing Parenting is for you.

Advancing Parenting is dedicated to ensuring the quality of parenting in communities.  To raise the quality of parenting and thereby reduce child abuse, substance abuse, domestic violence, crime, and improve educational outcomes for children we place concise and unambiguous parenting tips in public spaces, including but not limited to windows of stores, offices, restaurants, automobiles, lawn signs, and electronic billboards.  We call this passive/public parenting education.

Our activities are not time limited.  It is our intention to utilize increasingly impactful media and expand geographically until passive/public parenting education is a national phenomenon...and it will have started right here in Bakersfield.
