Childhood obesity is a preventable disease that is running rampant . As the areas ONLY community fitness facility leader , The Aerobic Center would like to take a stand and offer a supervised program to help kids, ages 7 - 11 get committed to a healthier lifestyle. Weight training equipment that is adjustible to fit their bodies is an IMPERATIVE TOOL in order to acheive optimal results. As instructors we will lead the program to make it a FUN activity. Parents will be able to workout also on the Nautilus ONE equipment while waiting for their children to finish. Area pediatricians have agreed to promote within their practices. The approximate cost for the equipment is72000. Staffing is necessary for approximately 20 hrs per week for a total of 15000. Total costs for the program is 87000.
