This year, we’re thrilled to announce our annual fundraising campaign as part of SML Gives 2025, focusing on our most ambitious project to date: Chestnut Hill Hideaway, a 25-acre affordable housing community.

About Chestnut Hill Hideaway

Launching in April/May 2025, Chestnut Hill Hideaway is a unique development that will offer:

• Twelve innovative 3D concrete homes designed to be affordable, durable, and sustainable.
• A community building to host workshops, events, and gatherings.
• A small go-kart track to promote fun and active recreation.
• A community garden to encourage sustainability and healthy living.
• A fishing pond to foster relaxation and outdoor enjoyment.
• Tiny homes at the base of the property, offering short-term affordable housing opportunities.

This development will provide life-changing homeownership opportunities while creating a vibrant, supportive community.
