African Wildlife Foundation (AWF) is the leading international conservation organization focused solely on Africa. We believe that protecting Africa’s wildlife and wild landscapes is the key to the future prosperity of Africa and its people – and for over 50 years we have made it our work to help ensure that Africa’s wild resources endure.

There's no time to lose. Africa's wildlife needs our support. Almost 100 elephants are being killed each day to fuel the illegal ivory trade, Africa's lion populations have declined by 42% in the last two decades alone, and the Northern white rhino is nearing extinction with only 2 surviving females of its species.

Donate today to help AWF ensure the survival of Africa's treasured species by putting more boots on the ground to protect wildlife from poachers, place canine detection units at critical ports to catch traffickers smuggling illegal ivory and rhino horn and create memorable public awareness campaigns to reduce demand for wildlife products.
