The Thomas Smith House, located on Northwest Street in Feeding Hills, was built in 1757 and was purchased by the Association to preserve it as a living museum of every day life. The house is used for a variety of events including the popular Stone Soup,Stars and Serenade. Soup and muffins are served amid a array of candles thoughout the house, and period singers regale with boisterous songs of the time. A fire roars in the hearth, as popcorn is popped in the old fashioned basket. Your donation can help pay the mortgage.

The Fire House Museum on Elm Street in Agawam was a working fire station for a number of years and is now the home of a collection of artifacts from residents and former residents that depict Agawam's history. There have been several exhibits including the Native Americans who lived in Agawam and the current Riverside Park. Downstairs there are two antique fire trucks and various types of fire equipment. Your donation can help fund future exhibits.

Both the Thomas Smith House and Fire House Museums are well worth a visit for a trip down memory lane.
