Aid Via Action Inc.

Founder Dr. Sergio Huerta began his volunteer activities in global health in 2014 in Northern Guatemala. With a determination to improve global health, he sought to minimize the disparities in health care deliver in low-income countries.  On April 1, 2021, Aid Via Action was officially founded with the fundamental philosophy to provide general surgery assistance to Hospital de San Benito, Petén in Guatemala.  With an estimated 55% of the population in Guatemala living below the poverty line, Aid Via Action is committed to providing life-preserving health care to the people of Northern Guatemala.
