All American Families

Families Plus is dedicated to enabling at-risk children of Delta County, Colorado to become healthy, educated, and productive young people.

During the 2016 Holiday sesaon Families Plus and our community partners provided 20 holiday meals for families in need. Through the Families Plus Angel Tree we provided Christmas gifts to 63 children. Without the generousity of the Delta community this would not have been possible. We are thrilled to be a positive influence in so many children's lives.
