Realizing the need of abused and neglected children, founder Pam Smith, opened her heart and home to these children in need.  Seeing young girls as victims of abuse and now pregnant or already a parent with no one and no where to go, the dream of All God's Children was formed.  Now in our 15th year of caring for these teen moms and their children, we are breaking the cycle of abuse and neglect and instilling in them the love and encouragement that enables them to overcome challenging circumstances and reach their true potential.  Our Mother Baby Home teaches young mothers how to care, support and nurture these beautiful children they have been blessed with.  While working through their experiences of abuse, these young moms are beating the odds and paving a way for a better life for themselves and their children.

Our newest program, Foster Care, allows the continuation of education and support for our teen moms.  We also take traditional placements and give loving homes to children in need.  With over 7400 children in Kentucky out of their homes due to neglect and abuse the need is great for those families that are willing to open their hearts to hurting children.
