The mission of the All Under One Roof LGBT Gay Bisexual Transgender (LGBT) Community Center and our straight allies is to connect our diverse community to opportunities, resources and each other in order to achieve our vision of a stronger, healthier, and more equitable world for LGBT people and our allies.

People of all ages young and old  will walk through our doors each and every day looking for a place where they can be accepted; become empowered; and find comfort, understanding, and compassion. All Under One Roof LGBT Center’s volunteer staff will help youth to enhance their coping skills, will help in finding assistance with suicide prevention efforts, develop life skills and participate in tobacco-, drug- and alcohol-free social activities. 

Founded January 2012, All Under One Roof is a 501(c)(3) and a nonprofit organization.
  
Our vision is to promote and support self-confident, healthy, productive lives for LGBTQ youth as they transition from adolescence into adulthood. We stay true to our mission by intentionally partnering with young people to create and implement programs and services that enhance the lives of LGBT youth in five core areas:

The Youth Center includes a group room, a comfortable drop-in area, and a resource area with information on topics ranging from safer sex and substance abuse to nutrition and community resources. Coffee, pop, and snacks can be purchased on the premises.

All Under One Roof LGBT Center will continue to advocate for policies that help LGBTQ youth with regard to safe schools, mental health, personal development, and other important areas.

As a youth service agency serving the Pocatello, Idaho area, All Under One Roof LGBT Centers has become a well-respected community-based organization providing direct services to youth, training and education to youth service providers, and important information relating to sexual orientation and gender identity issues to the community at large. From peer-to-peer programs to HIV prevention and education, to after-school programs, and peer counseling services, All Under One Roof LGBT Centers will assist LGBTQ youth in the transition to become healthy, productive adults and provide them with the necessary tools to become leaders in the greater community Life Skills
