Allamakee Scholarship Fund, Inc.

Allamakee Scholarship Fund, Inc. began in1993. ASF, Inc. has awarded more than $1.2 million in scholarships to 1,747 students since our inception! In 2021, ASF, Inc. awarded 66 students $91,677 in scholarships. ASF, Inc. is a locally operated and supported non-profit, tax-exempt scholarship organization. Directed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors, the purpose is to expand access to educational opportunities for our students. Allamakee Scholarship Fund, Inc. serves students from the Allamakee Community School District located in Waukon, IA. Scholarships are awarded to graduating seniors beginning postsecondary programs and since 2005, also to students in graduate and second year and higher baccalaureate programs.The program was a recipient of an Iowa Governor's Volunteer Service Award in July, 2010.
