PARTICIPANT TESTIMONIALS

Eunice, Social Work Supervisor, Alta Med

After completing the Entry-Level Career Training for Women, Eunice has quickly excelled in her career, transitioning from a Project Coordinator to a Social Work Supervisor in less than 3 years. “I was able to practice the skills that I learned from your organization in my previous positions, which helped me gain experience that later led me to the position that I am in now.”

Dominique, Care Management CHW, LA Care

OMG! I was sharing this information [about the Entry-Level Career Training for Women] with my friends. I am learning a lot and applying it, to where I was offered a new position with a new company within the first three weeks of training.” Dominique was hired as a Care Management Community Health Worker with LA Care.

Tyresa

Since joining the Entry-Level Career Training for project management, I have learned how to execute a project from start to finish using processes such as Waterfall or Agile. Additionally, as a participant in the program, I have obtained skills, such as, but not limited to, how to use your certificate for career advancement by identifying transferable skills on my resume.

This program is truly an amazing opportunity that has given me a deep level of insight into project execution. With the skills I am learning from this program, I would like to start my own non-profit and small business. I am very grateful for this opportunity.
