The American Gospel Quartet Convention was founded in 1993.Through seminars and conferences our goal is to reaffirm the spiritual foundation of gospel quartet music.
The mandate was spoken-"If I can get The Quartets saved,I'll save the world through them".
The AGQC's ongoing effort is to recognize those who have been influenced by this great music and to introduce it to the younger generation through in school presentations.
The AGQC believes that we will all be inspired when we discover that this great music inspired legends like The Beatles,Elvis,James Brown and others.The youth,in particular will be motivated to live positive lives bby carrying on this great tradition.
