ANGELS OF HOPE - A FAMILY CANCER FOUNDATION

Angels of Hope’s mission is to provide critical support to Michigan families directly impacted by cancer. Our goal is to help ease the burden caused by the disease, its treatment and its devastating effects – both financial and emotional.

We tailor grant programs for each family we work with, so they receive help where they need it most. Angels of Hope has also developed a series of unique programs that provide emotional support to families coping with cancer.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The goal of our signature program is to support children and those who love and care for them as they face the many physical, emotional, and financial challenges that accompany the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. 

The program helps families in a variety of areas, but often includes rent, mortgage, auto and utility payments. All payments are made directly to the creditors. 

PROJECT 21

This pediatric hospice-specific program provides end-of-life grants to parents whose child is in the final days of their cancer battle.

HOLIDAY PROGRAM

This Program was established from of our belief that “no child should go without a Christmas”. The Program provides a Christmas package to families “in-need” in an attempt to help take away some of the financial impact of the devastating effects of cancer at Christmas time.

SANTA’S ANGELS

On Christmas morning, children waking in the hospital are surprised to find that the spirit of Christmas is everywhere… even if there isn’t a chimney. Santa and his Angels always find a way to make Christmas magic happen; providing pajamas, slippers, and toys for each child who is admitted at one of our partnering hospitals on Christmas morning.

JAY’S JUNIORS

We are proud to be the official charitable partner of Jay’s Juniors. This amazing program provides a magical holiday trip to Disney World for kids with chronic and terminal illnesses. Of course, we are always thrilled when our own Angels are chosen for this unforgettable experience.
