Angel's Abode

ANGEL'S ABODE mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive home for children in foster care, offering stability and care during their journey toward permanency. We are dedicated to empowering each child, fostering their growth, and ensuring their emotional, educational, and social needs are met. Through compassion, advocacy, and community partnership, we strive to be a beacon of hope, helping children thrive as they transition to their forever.

Angel's Abode is a general residential operation to house 7-17-year-old foster youth from Gregg and surrounding counties. Our goal is to keep children removed from their parents in Department of Family and Protective Services Region 4 in Region 4 allowing them to remain closer to their parents and community. Keeping these children close to the families and community best servies their healing and the helps maintain the family unit.

Testimonials

Older foster youth in East Texas are often placed in homes outside of their home county and the 16 closest counties. Angel's Abode desire is to provide housing for children to allow them to remain as close to their home county as possible.
