The literature of the theatre is turning us on these days - reading and writing it.

Our Salon Reading Series is a great way to hear more plays. Our 2016 - 17 series theme is "adaptation."

First Flight Festival 2016, is the home of new work created by our member playwrights of the Angels Playwriting Collective.  9 new short plays + 5 monologues will make their way to the stage and we need to add the best part - the audience!

Angels Theatre Company is a three time Mayor's Arts Awards winner:  2011 Mayor's Choice Award to Angels Company and Becky Key Boesen for "In My Daughter's Name", the 2009 Outstanding Event award for "Reviving Ophelia" and the 2008 Outstanding Achievement Award for "The Train".

In 2007 the Roger Baldwin Civil Libertarians of the Year Award was presented by ACLU Nebraska to the Angels Theatre Company "in grateful appreciation for your commitment to the Bill of Rights".
