Animal Angels

ANIMAL ANGELS Lifetime Sanctuary for dogs and horses began in 1993, and continues today, to provide a forever home with freedom, dignity and independence for some 250 animals.  Accredited by ASA, we have 38 acres of woods, pastures and meadows, with a secure 8ft high fence, and operate as an "open campus" where most of our animals are free to explore the woods, swim in our stock tanks or just hang out under the fans on our porches.  We are all-volunteer staff and board of directors, and our resident volunteers live on the property, caring for all of our rescued animals 24/7/365.  

Who We Are

Animal Angels is a lifetime Sanctuary for rescued dogs, horses and donkeys, located on 38 acres in Jack County, Texas. We continue to operate, as we have since our beginning in 1993, with all-volunteer staff and board of directors, with all of our donations going to directly the care and benefit all of our animals.
