Animals Need Help of Bear Lake

To love. To be loved. To never forget your own insignificance. To never get used to the unspeakable violence and the vulgar disparity of life around you. To seek joy in the saddest places. To pursue beauty to its lair. To never simplify what is complicated or complicate what is simple. To respect strength, never power. Above all, to watch. To try and understand. To never look away. And never, never to forget.

  We are a group of volunteers who rescue and rehome abused, neglected and abandoned animals.  All of ANH money comes from fundraising events, and donations.  We have a facility for our dogs and our kitties are in foster care.  Everyone is spayed/neutered, micro chipped, socialized, healthy and happy before they go to a forever home.  We require a personal reference, a vet reference  and we ask for a donation to adopt.  We sponsor and support a low cost spay/neuter program for our community and surrounding areas.  We also help with pet food for folks who need help.  Our next project is to set up a food bank, no pet should go hungry. We  are very dedicated and passionate about making our community a more caring and kind place for all creatures.
