The Annapolis Symphony Orchestra (ASO) features 70 professional musicians who perform a variety of symphonic music for audiences of all ages and provides educational programs through our partnerships with local schools, as well as various other community outreach efforts. Our vision is to be the best regional orchestra in the country, recognized as a jewel in the Washington/Baltimore area.

2012 marked the 50th anniversary of the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra, and the momentous occasion was celebrated throughout the ASO’s 2011 – 2012 season which culminated in May 2012 with 2 spectacular season-ending concerts. Now, the ASO is poised for the future as a cultural gem whose entertainment and educational value will continue to be appreciated and recognized throughout the region over the next 50 years and beyond.
