Founded in July of 1989 to provide mediation and conflict resolution services, the Asian Pacific American Dispute Resolution Center (APADRC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving traditionally underrepresented and underserved communities which face barriers such as language, culture, and income.

Our expertise is offering mediation and conflict resolution services in a variety of Asian languages, including Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Tagalog, Vietnamese (and sometimes Hindi and Urdu), as well as English and Spanish.

Our programs include Community Mediation, Divorce Mediation, Peer Mediation, and Conflict Resolution Training. We want to ensure that our clients are offered services in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner so they can communicate effectively and resolve conflicts peacefully.

Each of our programs works toward building healthy communication and conflict resolution skills at the individual and community level. Our strength is our diversity and our expertise in bridging cultural divides and engaging diverse communities through Community Mediation and Restorative Justice.
