Arch Community Housing Trust Inc

ARCH develops permanently affordable housing through new construction, acquisition renovation and by moving homes donated to the organization.  This development is funded through private donations which are highly leveraged with Federal housing dollars.  To date, private contributions specifically for development of less than $350,000 have resulted in Federal fund allocations of over 12 million. 

The average home sales price in Blaine County in 2013 was $552,663.  The starting wage for a registered nurse is $28.50 per hour, the starting salary for a public school teacher is $39,900, 12% of Blaine County Seniors age 65+ live at or below the poverty line.  ARCH Community Housing Trust develops safe, permanently affordable housing for the people who serve or have served our community.
