Arms Around You partners with and supports individuals as they reintegrate, heal, and build their lives after experiencing incarceration, domestic violence, substance abuse, and homelessness. We envision a world where individuals and communities are supported and resourced to meet their diverse needs, and provide accountability and healing when harm occurs.

Our Programs

Resource Navigation & Case Management: Individualized support to attain housing, employment, mental and physical health care, substance misuse support, and basic needs such as clothing, food and hygiene supplies so community members can move past survival

Seeking Safety: A weekly community healing workshop to address PTSD and substance misuse, by building healthy communication and coping skills

Foundational Homes for Women: Two homes supporting 14 women returning to King and Pierce Counties from incarceration with building a foundation of skills, support and healing on the path to self-determination and self-sufficiency

Workforce Development: Individualized case management to support our community in building skills for the workforce, accessing training and education programs, and identifying living-wage job opportunities 

Family Reunification: Families separated by the legal system receive services in rebuilding trust-based relationships, navigating court systems and establishing custody or parenting plans from our Family Reunification Facilitator and Family Attorney
