Arnette House offers many family crisis counseling services which are provided by compassionate and devoted professionals who focus on strengths of the family while providing skills and knowledge to help improve life at home. Our Master’s level counselors utilize reality, humanistic, behavioral, and solution-focused therapy to end conflict, improve communication and reunite children with their families.

Our residential services include a 24 hour emergency youth shelter for children ages 10-17 who are runaways, lockouts, homeless, truant or experiencing parent/child conflict. When youth need a place to go, Arnette House is here to provide respite care in our emergency shelter which serves more than 600 children each year. Arnette Hosue, Inc. provides group and transitional living programs through our two Foster Care housing centers which focus on the physical and emotional well-being of individual youth through education designed to introduce methods for sustaining basic life skills aimed at developing self-reliance. Through this program youth ages 13-17 are provided a healthy and supportive living environment, which meets needs beyond food and shelter, to assist in their goal to become independent once they turn 18 and leave the Foster Care program.

In addition to individual and family counseling Arnette House also offers: specialized group therapy and support groups, specialized parenting classes, testing, assessment and diagnosis for clinical treatment, case management, outreach and prevention services in local schools, information and referral services, tutorial services, recreational and outdoor adventure-based challenge programs, life management and social skills training, mentoring and job skills training, aftercare support and follow-up to ensure youth are successful.
