The Community Arts Partnership (CAP) serves as Tompkins County’s arts council, acting as an advocate for the arts, serving the public by providing services and resources for artists and arts organizations, and encouraging collaboration among arts, education, business, civic and government organizations.

CAP's activities ensure that our arts community has the tools, services, and funding to continue to create the vibrant tapestry of art and culture that makes Tompkins County such a great place to live, learn, and do business. CAP has awarded more than $2.5 million in grants to creative people and projects in every corner of our county.
