Our Vision

BRIDGING THE GAPS:
We strive to bridge the gaps of performing arts opportunities by offering personal and group instruction in three areas of performance arts of dance, theatre, and music. We will combine each of these areas in our performances as well as offer performance opportunities in each individual area, thus strengthening all aspects of our students' experience.

We realize performing arts opportunities are not available to many youth in our community as a result of limited school opportunities, high cost of private groups or even due to personal abilities . We hope to extend our reach, to offer the benefits of instruction and performance opportunities to ALL interested youth.

RAISING THE STANDARDS:
We will work to create a positive and wholesome environment for our youth where all can feel welcomed and safe. Kind & positive behavior is always encouraged among peers and we will strive to hold this standard to the best of our abilities. Leaders and teachers will be expected to follow a set of specific standards at all times and we hope to work towards full certification of our staff under these guidelines.
We will always use modest costumes, teach appropriate dancing & choreography, and choose family friendly productions and music.

We will also work to help our youth develop core positive characteristics. Namely those of teamwork, leadership, cooperation, creativity, confidence, hard work, responsibility, and personal excellence. Adult leaders will exemplify these attributes.
We believe cultivating these traits will result in enhanced productions as well as translate into other aspects of our students' lives,
creating happier and more productive young adults.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT:
We will invite members of our communities to experience and enjoy the arts through our performances as well as bring these experiences to senior citizens, schools, and community events. We hope to partner with other companies in our area to create a network of performance possibilities to spread the arts and enrich the lives of families and individuals in our St. Charles County communities.
