Atonement Lutheran School

Atonement Lutheran School is a Christ-centered school serving infants through 7th grade, with a thriving Early Learning Center that lays a strong foundation for lifelong learning. We combine academic excellence, faith formation, and a close-knit community where every child is known, supported, and encouraged to grow.

At Atonement, we believe in educating the whole child. Christian values and Biblical truth are integrated throughout academics, activities, and daily school life. Our dedicated faculty and staff provide personalized attention while challenging students to reach their full academic, spiritual, and social potential.

Families are an important part of our school community. Parents are encouraged to volunteer, attend field trips, and join us for signature events like Trunk or Treat, our lively Spring Musical, and the always-popular Seafood Fest—traditions that create lasting memories for students and families alike.

Our curriculum follows Louisiana state standards and is guided by Atonement’s Board of Christian Education.

Academic & Enrichment Programs

Students enjoy a well-rounded educational experience including Art, Physical Education, Technology, Spanish, and a standout music and choir program that builds confidence, creativity, and performance skills. We also have several clubs (gaming, chess, digital art, nature, etc.) to support and nurture the whole child.

Atonement students consistently achieve strong results on the Stanford Achievement Test, often performing above grade level. Our graduates leave well prepared for success in high school and beyond, equipped with strong academics, Christian character, and a love of learning.
