Ayudate Incorporated

A nonprofit organization

In Spanish, "ayúdate" means "take care of yourself," which is one of the main pillars of mental health. We believe that overall well-being includes caring for one's mental health. Ayúdate's mission is to increase accessibility of mental health resources in Spanish to the underserved Hispanic population. Our virtual community of bilingual and culturally competent therapists work together to improve the mental health of the community in Pittsburgh, Western PA, and beyond.

Individuals who seek mental health services and counseling through Ayúdate pay a nominal annual membership fee, which will afford them access to individual therapy on a sliding-fee scale, based on their ability to pay. Members are given access to an online library of mental health resources offered in Spanish, and are paired with qualified therapists who will work to meet their individual needs. Like-minded therapists, vetted by Ayúdate, offer 1-4 hours per week to Ayúdate members, and are paid a reduced fee. We offer financial support to cover full or partial cost for services.
