Boys & Girls Clubs of the Concho Valley - formerly BGC of San Angelo & BGC of Menard

To enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. The vision of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Concho Valley is to be the leader among youth service organizations as evidenced by: Reduction of juvenile crime, educational success, serving more youth, providing programs that help decrease teen pregnancy and development of skills necessary for future employment.

For 60 years, the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Concho Valley has provided a safe, positive environment where kids and teens ages 6-18 can learn, grow, and thrive. In 2023, we expanded our impact by merging with the Boys & Girls Club of Menard, allowing us to serve even more youth across the region. We serve hundreds of young people each year through academic support, leadership development, healthy lifestyles, and workforce readiness programs. Our Clubs provide meals, mentorship, and meaningful activities that help young people build confidence and reach their full potential. From homework help and STEM learning to art, robotics, and a new youth-led podcast, every moment at the Club is designed to make a lasting impact. We also provide daily transportation from several area schools to ensure kids can access our programs. We're proud to be a place where youth feel safe, supported, and inspired-no matter their background or circumstance. Together with our community, we're building great futures.
