Butler County Family YMCA

A nonprofit organization

To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.

The Butler County Family YMCA is a non-profit 501(c)(3), community service organization that provides health and social services to families and emphasizes the development of four core values: caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. The Butler County Family YMCA serves the Butler County Community from three locations: Butler YMCA in downtown Butler; the Rose E. Schneider Family YMCA in Cranberry Township; and YMCA Camp/ARMCO Park in Slippery Rock Township. An association of men, women and children of all ages, abilities, incomes, races and religions, the YMCA is dedicated to helping individuals and families develop a healthy spirit, mind and body. At the Y, strengthening community is our cause. Strong communities don't just happen, they're the result of steady leadership and stewardship of strong values. That's the Y. We make a difference by focusing on three key areas: youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. By investing in our kids, our health and our neighbors, the Butler County Family YMCA ensures that everyone, regardless of age, income or background, has the opportunity to thrive.
