Baby Buns for Life Network

BabyBuns for Life Network, Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Established in November, 2016 with the mission to educate, inspire and provide financial and emotional support for parents of infants born in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. We are focused on families of babies born premature. Our family knows and understands all too well the feeling of uncertainty that comes with a premature birth. Our son was born at only 13 ounces (he was the smallest baby to survive in the state of Virginia). He spent 356 days in the NICU and had numerous major surgeries while in the NICU. His name is Kaleb but affectionately known as “BabyBuns”. When Kaleb was released from the hospital he required 24 hour care, he has a tracheostomy and feeding tube with multiple chronic illnesses. But we knew there was a need in the NICU. 

BabyBuns for Life identities and assist with the needs of families in the NICU community. We provide this service to 8 hospitals at no cost. 100% of the funds received and donated to the organization are given back to the NICU community. We’ve assisted more than 3,600 families since it’s inception. 

We are focus on creating an enabling environment to families of babies born prematurely in communities by providing support, improved welfare and assistance. 

Under our health and wellness initiative, we provide monthly meals called the “Miracle of Life Dinner” We stock the parents’ lounge with meals and drinks. Our BabyBuns blessing bags are filled with gift and gas cards, NICU journals and inspirational books.
