On March 31, 1995, Apostle Dr. John H. Chambers founded Believers of Authority Ministries, Inc. Under the leadership of Apostle Chambers, Believers of Authority Ministries operates with the vision "to not only bring individuals to Christ but also to assist men and women of God to come to a place of completeness.  A place where individuals can be fed spiritually, have their needs met naturally, and become a vital part of the community and society." Our marquee outreach programs/initiatives are featured below!

Believers of Authority (BOA) Placement Service is an expertise job placement and job readiness entity. BOA Placement Services' mission is "to provide individuals with suitable employment for financial independence.” Founded in 2006, the entity services individuals including special needs, disabled individuals, veterans, youth, & returning citizens with finding jobs. Communities thrive when all of its members are able to contribute to its economic stability and flow. Unfortunately, many people are left out or not given the adequate support needed to be productive members of their community and society. Many of these individuals include those that are veterans, Deaf, Hard of Hearing, visually impaired, have other special needs, or are returning citizens, all of whom simply need the appropriate assistance and opportunity to be fruitful in society. The Placement Service helps individuals become a vital part of their financial security by obtaining gainful employment. The Placement Service assist the under-served demographics with achieving financial independence via job readiness and subsequent job placement. BOA Placement Services has been positioned centrally in the heart of one of the lowest income areas in Miami-Dade County. Although based in Coconut Grove, BOA Placements Services provides employment readiness and placement for prospects all across Miami-Dade.

Back to the Hood" (BTTH) is an annual youth empowerment extravaganza , impacting the lives of thousands of youth near and for over fifteen years. BTTH fervently strives to and successfully achieves the programmatic goal of inspiring, empowering, and giving hope to the youth of South Florida. BTTH is the platform through which we speak positive affirmation and bring healthy examples of making right choices for the youth to encounter. Featured at this event are speakers from various professions who share their stories of overcoming adversity. Moreover, all youth in attendance are provided with free backpacks and school supplies for the upcoming school year, as well as other much needed resources.
