The Mission at Kern County (formerly The Bakersfield Rescue Mission) has been providing hope and restoration to the homeless and addicted since 1952. We believe that there is hope and a future for those who come to us for the services we provide. 

  • We offer 3 meals a day to anyone in need (365 days per year)
  • Case Management
  • We provide approximately 94,500 bed nights each year.
  • CompTIA certification
  • Microsoft Office and GED training
