The Bald Eagle Art League (BEAL) is a non-profit organization that serves Lycoming County. Our mission is to foster excellence in the arts, support arts education and diversity, and sponsor community outreach and service opportunities. Membership offers anyone having an interest in visual arts the opportunity to pursue and develop that interest while enjoying the benefit, support and companionship of a growing family of creative persons. Monthly meetings are held the first Thursday of each month (except June, July and August) from 6:30 - 8:00 pm at the Taber Museum located at 858 West Fourth Street in Williamsport, PA.
