Barstow Community College exists to provide a lifelong academic and social environment for learning that promotes personal success and influences communities for the future.

Barstow Community College Performing Arts Center exists as a catalyst for students and the community to realize their creative potential and provide a cultural enrichment for the surrounding community, to present events to enrich the quality of life on the campus and in the community.

Contributions in support of the PAC will empower the administration, staff, educators, and students to present professional performances, making the arts a vital, visible, accesible, innovative and integral part of BCC life and the surrounding community.
