Bartlett Athletic and Recreation Association, and DBA Bartlett Recreation Department, provides a variety of community-focused recreational and leisure services for residents of Bartlett & surrounding areas.

Youth Programs & Activities
- Summer Programs: The B.E.A.R. Summer Program is a primary 6-week summer camp for local youth.
- After-School Enrichment: The Adventure Kids program provides supervised after-school activities from Monday to Thursday for children in grades K-4.
- Youth Sports: Organizes various elementary school sports and seasonal programs, including:
- Basketball (2025/2026 season).
- Spring Floor Ball.
- Field Hockey

- Mt. Biking and Pump track fall and spring sessions
- Jr. golf
- organizes a Children's Christmas Shopping event for the local school children
- JR Nordic Ski Program, held in partnership with Bear Notch Ski Touring Center.

Community & Facilities
- Community Gardens: Managed at the Morrell Family Community Complex, offering plots for the 2026 planting season with tools and water provided.
- Recreational Facilities: Maintains local areas such as Black Fly Field (fencing and dugouts) and the Mt. Bike Skills and Pump Track.
- Community Events: Hosts social and fundraising events like Taste of the Valley, which features food samplings, entertainment, and auctions.
Support Services
- Scholarships: Provides nearly $10,000 annually in scholarships for after-school and summer programs, as well as several awards for graduating seniors.
- Equipment Assistance: Offers help to families needing sporting equipment or assistance with other camp costs.
- No child will be left behind, we make sure they have everything they need to participate in whatever they choose at no cost to them.
