Quality mentoring matters. Our matches stay together for an average length of 35 months! Research shows the longer the mentoring relationship lasts, the greater the value for youth. That is one of the reasons we recently received a quality award from Big Brothers Big Sisters of America awarded to the top 12% of Big Brothers Big Sisters agencies nationwide.

A recent study showed that every dollar invested in quality youth mentoring programs put, at a minimum, $3 back in benefits to society.

Youth with mentors have higher educational expectations, are more likely to become leaders in their communities, and have a better outlook later on in their lives.
