Be You Tiful Girls mission is to help girls embrace their individuality and release strongholds that hinder mental and emotional well-being. We provide self-esteem building workshops, conferences, motivational speaking, college and career coaching/professional development, dance workshops, pageantry, and finance tools for teens. We are your one stop resource to help girls reach their dreams!

The Be "YOU" tiful Girls Conference held October 23, 2021 mission is to let all girls know they are valuable, powerful, fearless and wonderfully created by Christ. God created His daughters without mistake and crafted them uniquely with purpose. The four pillars of healing are spiritual, emotional, physical and mental. No one is more important than the other because they are all so connected. Improving any one of them automatically improves the other. Our goal is to bring resources to girls to help them through some of the most trying times of their life as a teen. Identity crisis is real and there are so many problems our teens face daily. Every child deserves to be happy and loved. The programs we offer
will help girls learn about their strengths, build confidence and self-esteem, provide mentorship for career paths, networking opportunity with other professional women with possible job placement, increase their leadership skills, challenge girls to explore their purpose and encourage teens to become their best selves. The programs offered to the girls can touch and change their life. We need support to see our programs grow.

For event expenses, the typical amount for a conference range from $3000 to $10,000. There is nothing worse than to have a vision, but have to sit on the vision because the funds are not available. Investing in the future of our youth is the only way we can make this world better. We need to equip our youth to be confident leaders, create positive habits, and contribute something back to society that is good, respectable, law-abiding, and decent. Most importantly, we encourage emotional wellness for all youth because happiness leads to a successful life. The help we receive will be used to benefit many teens, but we need the financial support to progress forward and meet our yearly program goals.
