We believe that success begins with preparation. Every child is born with limitless potential, yet not all receive equal opportunities or resources. It is our responsibility to ensure every child can reach their full potential. This is why creating educational equity is essential in building our future leaders. Poor achievement among students is a systemic issue, not an individual failing. Too often, schools and parents lack the resources needed to unlock the potential of students facing the greatest challenges.

At Beacon Hill, we’re changing the game for low-income African American and Hispanic students by bringing tutoring directly to the schools and neighborhoods that need it most. Beacon Hill can proudly say our leaders are deeply rooted in the communities they serve. Our secret? A profound understanding of our students and their neighborhoods, combined with proven, data-driven strategies that fuel academic growth. When you combine opportunities, high-quality education, and robust support, the result is thriving students ready to conquer the future. On average, 95% of our students improve their reading scores by at least 1 grade level annually and 70% increase their math grade level.

$25- Covers Summer School Registration Fee for 1 Student

$150- Covers Supplies for 1 Learning Lab for 1 Semester

$200- Sponsors 1 Beacon Hill Store for 1 Quarter

$400- Sponsors 1 Student's Summer Bridge Fees in Reading or Math

$1000- Provides 40 Parents/Caregivers with a Family Engagement Opportunity

$2500- Sponsors 1 Student in Reading and Math for One School Year

$5000- Furnishes 1 Beacon Hill Learning Lab

Volunteer Needs:

 In-School, Virtual, and After-School In Person Teacher's Assistants

  Special Projects Volunteers (Individual or Group)

 Interns: Funds Development, Hospitality/ Events, Creative Writing or Grant Research, Data Entry, Accounting, Human Resources, IT, Marketing, Programs, and Supply Chain Management/ Inventory and Logistics
