Bell Tower Theater

Bell Tower Productions, celebrating its 22nd-Anniversary season in 2024, is a not-for-profit theater company that achieves our mission in numerous ways. We produce five plays and musicals each year, with an emphasis on works never before seen in the area. Recent examples include the World Premiere of "All Bark, No Bite" in February 2019 and the United States premieres of "The Dangers of VD--Valentine's Day" in February 2021 and "The Numbers Game" in April 2021.

Our award-winning youth theater programs, which serve more than 400 kids each year, include two full-scale musicals, one for ages 7 to 16 and another for high school students, both with no participation fee, and children's theater classes for grades Kindergarten through 6th grade. These programs are both fun and educational and teach kids not only theater and music but valuable life skills like self confidence, accountability, reading comprehension and teamwork.

Each year 20,000 people attend our plays and participate in our programs. These patrons are of all ages, ethnicities and socio-economic backgrounds and include residents of the Dubuque Area and tourists from across the country.
