Bellville Neighborhood Outreach Center

The Bellville Neighborhood Outreach Center (BNOC) is a community of volunteers working together to share in the commitment of helping our brothers and sisters throughout the Clear Fork Valley.  We strive to provide those in need with some of life's essential items including food and clothing.

Then BNOC consists of three basic elements:

* The Food Pantry

* The Clothesline

* The Community Room

These services benefit the residents of the Clear Fork Valley by providing for those in need.

The Food Pantry accepts donations of non-perishable food items and/or monetary donations and purchases food from the Cleveland Food Bank which is delivered to us every Monday to distribute to those in need.  BNOC volunteers pick up donations from Panera, Kroger, both area Walmarts, and Sam’s Club on a weekly basis.  The BNOC also holds a free produce distributions every month from April-October, and supplies bags of weekend food every week during the school year for Clear Fork students in need.

The Clothesline accepts donated, gently used clothing, for resale at a nominal fee ($5.00 a bag).  These clothes are checked in, sorted and arranged by category, then stocked and displayed for resale.  Revenue supports the Food Pantry.

The Community Room is available for people to host bridal showers, birthday parties, and graduation parties, as well as club meetings such as Girl Scout and 4H.

The BNOC is a registered 501c3 non-profit corporation, founded for the benefit of the Clear Fork Valley to provide for those in need.

All donations to the BNOC are tax deductible.

Monetary donations to the BNOC Food Pantry multiply 10 times.  For example, your donation of $100 becomes $1,000 when purchasing food from the Cleveland Food Bank.

The BNOC is managed by very skilled and capable leaders and a board of trustees. We're also supported by hundreds of volunteers who provide the best possible service to the community.

The BNOC actively supports the residents of Clear Fork Valley (southern Richland County, OH), which encompasses 110 square miles. Our service area is defined as the Clear Fork School District, which includes Bellville, Butler, and outlying communities.
