Community Advancement Initiatives

Community Advancement Initiatives INC (CAI) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that has launched  a national project called "BestMindSet"to provide marketable training and learning opportunities for young adults (18-25 ).

Many of these youth have dropped out of the system, and are struggling to transition to adulthood.  The numbers are so large (6-7 million, mostly minorities) that current local programs are merely managing a "National Crisis”.

One of the only ways to bring these young adults back into the economic mainstream is to provide marketable credentialing training, using the latest mobile devices, applications, and online technology.  

We plan to engage skilled, committed people as “Independent Contractors” to assist in outreach, planning and coordinating distance learning and training activities in 15 targeted areas nationwide.  

We have also  developed outreach platforms on Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, MySpace, and YouTube, along with developing a website www.bestmindset.org that appeals to the targeted population.

 We are open to new ideas from people that know and understand the culture, the barriers, and the issues.  

Some major research reports indicate that if our young adults are not trained to meet the challenge of Global Jobs and Career Competition, then there will be no economic recovery.  

We are requesting donations from individuals and groups to advance this national initiative.
