Bethel Congregational Church

Columbia Gorge Peace Village is an interfaith, multi-cultural day camp where kids ages 6-13 learn the messages and practices of nonviolence, peacemaking and sustainability from various world traditions.

Campers, teen leaders, adult teachers and volunteers make peace, play and learn about non-violent conflict resolution, peace heroes, media literacy and many practices for cultivating peace within ourselves, among our families and communities and around the world.

Peace Village is a special project of Bethel UCC, which means that we are housed under the Bethel umbrella for tax and financial purposes. There are many groups and individuals who donate countless hours to making Peace Village magic every year.

Peace Village 2014 will be held August 4th-8th and is our 7th year of camp.
