The Legacy Club at Bethesda Ranch
A Vision for Purpose-Driven Men and Lasting Impact
The Problem We Are Addressing
Texas is facing a quiet but devastating generational breakdown. Fatherlessness fuels addiction, violence, academic failure, trafficking vulnerability, and the collapse of future families. Thousands of boys are growing up without consistent fathers, godly male leadership, or spiritual direction. These boys are not being shaped. They are being overlooked.
Government programs can respond to symptoms, but they cannot form men. Godly discipline, identity, and daily male leadership must come from faithful men who are willing to step into the gap. Bethesda Ranch exists to do exactly that through intentional, biblical formation.
Why Athletics Is the Entry Point
Fatherless boys rarely seek out spiritual guidance, but they will show up for elite athletic training. Sports provide the doorway.
Through football, basketball, and track, we meet boys where they are confident so we can shape them where they are lacking. Training builds trust. Trust opens the heart. Once they are engaged, we provide what they have never consistently received:
This is not a sports program. It is formation, using athletics as the entry point. When a boy learns submission under a coach, he learns submission to truth. When he gains control of his body, he begins to gain control of his impulses. When he keeps showing up, he learns perseverance, character, and hope.
Athletics is the starting line. Formation is the finish line.
A Campus Designed for Formation and Sustainability
On more than seventy-five acres in Fort Worth, TX, Bethesda Ranch will house two distinct missions under one unified vision.
One mission exists to form boys.
The other exists to fund that formation.
The Dual-Engine Model
1. Fatherless Sports Performance Club
A secure, purpose-built environment for boys ages eleven to fourteen that provides daily male leadership, biblical discipleship, academic support, elite training, emotional stability, and life skills. This is not short-term intervention. It is deliberate, long-term formation into biblical manhood.
2. The Legacy Club
An invitation-only, world-class club designed for high-capacity men who value strength, longevity, leadership, and stewardship.
The Legacy Club serves as the financial engine that sustains Bethesda Ranch. From arrival, the experience reflects excellence and intention: valet service, timber and stone architecture, privacy, warmth, and strength, designed by Jeffrey Dungan with a feel that blends a Montana ranch resort with Fort Worth refinement.
An Elite Longevity and Performance Environment
Legacy Members gain access to a comprehensive performance and wellness ecosystem built to professional athlete standards. This includes individualized training and nutrition plans, advanced recovery and regeneration protocols, precision performance testing, hormone and metabolic optimization, and integrated sleep and stress performance support.
At the center is a dedicated longevity lab designed to run comprehensive lab panels and guide personalized health optimization strategies. Based on data and medical oversight, members may be supported through targeted supplementation and peptide protocols aimed at improving recovery, metabolic health, resilience, and long-term vitality.
Members train in a world-class gym and performance center, supported by advanced recovery and regeneration modalities including sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy. Five star amenities, spa-level recovery, a premier restaurant for family and friends, and high-end workspaces support both business and family life within a secure, private setting.
Purpose at the Core
The Legacy Club is not simply a luxury wellness facility. It exists to fund and fuel the mission across the hall.
On one side: longevity, leadership, strength, and stewardship.
On the other: redemption, discipline, courage, and character in fatherless boys.
Excellence for men directly enables transformation for boys.
Why This Model Works
Boys thrive when they belong, when they are called to invest rather than consume, and when they are led by consistent, godly men. Structure, truth, discipline, and identity change trajectories. This model addresses both immediate needs and long-term formation in Christ.
This is not charity. It is legacy.
The design creates financial sustainability, resilience against economic shifts, measurable outcomes, and a blueprint that can be replicated across Texas. Those who help build it early are shaping a model meant to multiply.
Bethesda Ranch and the Legacy Club are not side projects. They are the continuation of a calling rooted in obedience to God and a commitment to defend the fatherless.
For the glory of God and the good of the next generation.
